1000 Books Before Kindergarten

Summer Reading is just around the corner! This year the Laurens County Public Library system wants to make sure all the little ones in the county are signed up. What better way to do that than with a special program? On Saturday, May 18 in Laurens and Saturday, June 1 in Clinton, children 0-5 years old and their caregivers are invited to a S.T.E.A.M.-filled program. The program will begin with an out-of-this-world storytime. Then children will play and learn at S.T.E.A.M. activity stations. This year’s theme is in keeping with the overall Summer Reading theme of “A Universe of Stories.”
